Economize is designed to avoid generating additional costs in your cloud accounts. In most cases, connecting your accounts will not result in extra charges. On AWS, Economize uses Cost Usage an Reports (CUR) to retrieve cost data, which carry a small per-request fee set by AWS. These calls are made only when you view cost data in the app, and customers typically see less than $1 per month in related charges.
When you upgrade from Professional to Enterprise, your payment method will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period. Starting with your next billing cycle, you’ll be charged the full Enterprise rate based on your selected pricing arrangement.
If your cloud spend of the previous month exceeds the limits of your current plan, access to cost data in the Economize app may be restricted until you upgrade to a higher plan.
When you cancel your paid plan, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan, and no further charges will be applied.
